- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 cups diced strawberries
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

- In a large bowl or on a large platter, evenly spread the spinach and arugula mix as the base.
- Dice the fresh strawberries into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the red onions.
- Scatter the strawberries and onions evenly over the greens.
- Roughly chop the walnuts (if not using pre-chopped).
- Sprinkle the walnuts and crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
- Chop a few fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the top for added freshness and flavor.
- Lightly season the salad with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
