Cilantro Lime Dressing with Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced dried garlic or 1 small clove of fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream use plain sour cream, not low-fat for best flavor

Instructions

  • In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the fresh chopped cilantro, garlic, lime juice, honey, salt, and sour cream. Pulse until everything is combined and starting to get creamy.
  • Add the olive oil. If your blender has a pour spout or removable lid cap, you can slowly pour in the olive oil while the blade is running. Otherwise, stop the blender, add the oil, and then blend again until smooth and well mixed.
