Ingredients

fresh pineapple
diced

cup
red bell pepper
diced
½
cup
red onion
diced
¼
cup
cilantro
chopped

jalapeño
finely chopped
Juice of 2 limes
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Add pineapple, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to a bowl.
Pour in lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
Chill for 15–30 minutes if you have time — it helps the flavors come together.
Notes
Leave out the jalapeño if you're sensitive to heat.
Serve with tortilla chips or over shrimp tacos.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
