Fresh Pineapple Salsa Recipe

This fresh pineapple salsa recipe comes together in 15 minutes with juicy pineapple, crisp veggies, and lime. Perfect for chips or shrimp tacos.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add pineapple, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to a bowl.
  • Pour in lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
  • Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
  • Chill for 15–30 minutes if you have time — it helps the flavors come together.

Notes

  • Leave out the jalapeño if you're sensitive to heat.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or over shrimp tacos.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
