Homemade Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp celtic salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl combine the oats, pecans and spices. Mix well.
  • In another bowl mix together the pumpkin purée, melted butter, honey and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Then mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  • Next, add in chocolate chips and mix into the granola mixture.
  • In a cake pan or cookie sheet, place a layer of parchment paper. Then, dump the granola mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading into an even layer.
  • Place granola bars into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool at least 10 minutes.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!
